Export for payroll

Plans, then Payroll export, then the month. The file holds one row per person with their days worked, days of leave taken and any unpaid leave.

The export is available from the second day of the following month, because unapproved requests from the last day of the month would otherwise be missing.

Growth and Company include the export. Starter does not.
