Onboarding checklists

A checklist is a list of steps a new joiner works through in their first days: a contract to sign, a laptop to collect, a buddy to meet.

Setup, then Onboarding, then the team. A step can be assigned to the joiner, to their lead, or to IT.

A joiner is shown as Onboarding until every step assigned to them is done.
