Add your team

Teamloom needs one row per person before time off, onboarding or payroll export will do anything useful. There are three ways to get there, and a spreadsheet is the fastest for more than five people.

Upload a spreadsheet. Setup, then Add your team, then Import a spreadsheet. The columns Teamloom reads are full name, work email, team and start date, in any order, with the first row as the header. Anything else in the file is ignored rather than refused.

Send an invite link. Setup, then Add your team, then Copy invite link. Everybody who opens it fills in their own details, which means you are not typing eleven start dates yourself. An invited person shows as Invited until they finish.

Add one person. People, then Add person. Worth it for a single joiner, slow for a team.

Nothing is sent to anybody until you press Send invites, so an import you are halfway through is safe to leave.
